Skip Breakfast to Workout?

An article about some experts saying it may be better to workout on an empty stomach. I think it depends on how your body is. If you workout better with food in your tummy then go for it, if not go the other route.

Personally I get up at 4 am during the week to workout and workout first thing. So I am currently working out on an empty stomach. I prefer to eat after I workout; although I actually drink a Shakeology instead of eating breakfast. That comes later.
