Shakeology

Many of you know that I've been using Beachbody's Shakeology shake for about 3 months now. I have to say that I love this shake! I drink it every morning as my after workout drink/breakfast. Of all the healthy shakes I've tried, Shakeology is definitely the best one out there. Not only does it taste great, help with weight loss, and provides a nice protein punch, but it's also the most nutritious shake on the market!

Now's a great time to start working out! If you start working out on Monday you'll be working off extra lbs you may have gained over Thanksgiving! You'll then be preparing yourself for the rest of the holiday season. You won't indulge as much & if you do you're body will be able to handle it & shed any extra weight a little easier. Eat, mingle, have fun, & workout!
