Tip1: Snacking!
Snacking can be a bad word, but it doesn't have to be. We can make snacking healthier and more satisfying. One thing I do is put together my snacks for work the night before. This way I'm not so tempted to hit the vending machine, which let's face it, is just plain evil. It gobbles our money and spits out junk food that make us feel tired, more hungry, and then guilty. Goals & To Do list! You got it! We've all heard it before & auto think that I don't have time, won't change anything, etc. That's the negative chatter talking; tell it to take a hike because we're on our way to getting out of the rut! Take the guess work out of fitting everything into your day, squeeze some "me" time in, get rid of the stuff that just holds us up, figure out where you want and where you want to be in life and have a plan to get there! It can be tough to get started. Here's some great info on how to figure out our goals, doing a to do list, etc. We're on your way!
