Look out for that Belly!

Belly bulge can be cute on some people; for instance Santa, but for most of us belly bulge isn't cute and it can be dangerous. Even if you're not considered to be overweight, if you've got a belly bulge going you're health could be at risk.

So what can we do about a belly bulge? Say it with me, you know this; eat healthy and exercise! You got it! Healthy foods, healthy portions and working out equals goodbye belly bulge!

Remember, it's not selfish of us to take time to take care of ourselves. It's selfish of us to not take care of ourselves when there are others that rely on us and love us, such as our children, spouses, family and friends. Many have learned that lesson the hard way. Hopefully, we can all learn it the easier way before we have to learn it the hard way too.
