Are You Addicted to Sugar?

Many of us have an undeniable sweet tooth and have a really tough time staying away from sugar. If we have to have something sugary to get through our day, we may be hooked on the sugar. Sugar in small doses is fine, but the problem is sugar is in almost every processed food out there and if we don't pay attention to how much a day we're consuming it can become a problem that results in weight gain, diabetes, and many other problems.
