Get Your Stretch On!

We all know we should stretch when we exercise, however, many of us aren't sure exactly when and how to stretch. Here's a great article on the 101 of Stretching! It covers seven points on proper stretching:

  1. Warm up first
  2. Do dynamic stretches after workout
  3. Yoga
  4. Static stretch after working out
  5. Do warmups and stretches appropriate for your sports/activities
  6. Stretching shouldn't be painful
  7. Stretch to get rid of stress
