Going for Your Goals: That Positive Thinking thing Doesn't Go Away!

We've been doing some hard work to open up our minds to the possibilities that exist in our lives so we can figure out what are goals are. And what's a big part of this journey? You got it, positive thinking! Yes, positive thinking is back!

I like to go back to this subject now and again so that we remember to continue practicing positive thinking. It's easy to get off course and lose our way. Positive thinking re-enforcement puts us back on track and ready to tackle whatever faces us.

Mayoclinic has an article about positive thinking that is short and to the point. It also highlights the self talking we all do and the many benefits of positive thinking.
